CHARACTERISTICS : - Raajmelt-SS is an special basic welding flux used for welding stainless steels and heat resistant steels in combination with the wire electrodes of AWS/SFA 5.9 in respect to the weld metal, That flux is neutral. This means that with the correct wires, low carbon steels can be welded. Flux has no chromium compensation, despite this there is very little loss of chromium. The metallurgical behavior in respect to silicon and manganese is neutral.

Characterstics:
Raajmelt-3 is an agglomerged basic flux for having a vary high current carrying capacity in both AC & DC. The weld gives good sub-zero impact properties and extreme resistance to cracking. The behavior in terms of Mn is neutral while slight Si pickup occurs. Hence use of high Mn wires (like EH14) is recommended

CHERACTERISTICS: - RAAJ MLET 6 is an agglomerated acidic Si, Mn alloying Rutile -Aluminate type Flux specially designed for butt and Fillet welding high speed type.
RAAJ MELT 6 is suited for SAW welding for low, medium tensile steels and for welding pipes. The Flux exhibits excellent slag removal and exceptional bead finish. The Flux also is associated with acid slag system, allowing high speed coupled with significant Si, Mn pick up, where butt welding is involved with medium this plate subjected to single or small number of passes, with no risk of any type of weld defect.

TYPICAL APPLICATION: - RAAJ MELT 6 possesses all excellent welding properties associated with acid slag system and hence very much suitable for high travel speed welding such as spiral welding of pipes where weld shape, easy slag removal and surface finish are necessary.
